Bench Trial Scheduled in Fayette County Attempted Murder Case

A bench trial has been scheduled in a Fayette County attempted murder case.

50-year-old Gregory Hill is also charged with aggravated domestic battery. Hill is accused of injuring his wife in August of 2017 when he allegedly threw her to the floor, causing a spinal cord injury that resulted in paralysis.

During a Tuesday morning court hearing, the parties agreed to a bench trial for Hill on June 17 and 18.

Hill remains in Fayette County Jail under $750,000 bond.
