Fifth Coles County COVID-19 Death

Coles County Health Department has reported the death of a fifth Coles County resident with COVID-19. The person was a resident at Charleston Rehab and Healthcare facility.

The department was notified Sunday of three additional laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases. The total confirmed COVID-19 laboratory case count for Coles County is 86, with four current hospitalized, 23 recovered, five deceased, and 54 recovering. 

46 of the confirmed cases are associated with Charleston Rehab and Healthcare, but not all Coles County residents.
