Two lawsuits against Governor J.B. Pritzker's Stay at Home Orders have been moved out of Clay and Clinton circuit courts and will be argued in US District Court instead. Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul asked the suits to be moved because they dealt with constitutional rights.

The owners of Dookie's Set bar in Carlyle filed suit as a result of being shut down by eight armed state troopers on May 8. They claim the governor did not identify his constitutional power to seize control.

Louisville hair stylist Sonja Harrison is suing the governor over not being able to open for business under the mandate.
