Court Appearance Today for Glass and Kaiser

The suspects in the death of Kimberly Mattingly are due in court this morning.

36-year-old Christopher Glass of Mason and 37-year-old Aaron Kaiser of Beecher City are scheduled for 10am appearances in Effingham County Circuit Court. 

Glass is charged with three counts of first degree murder in the shooting death of Mattingly on Kaiser's property on April 6. Glass and Kaiser are each charged with concealment of homicidal death for burying Mattingly's body on the property following the shooting.

This will be the first appearances for the two with their legal counsel.
