Teutopolis school board members Monday discussed 8th grade promotion and high school graduation dates, but took no action.

The Board discussed holding some sort of ceremonies this summer for both 8th graders and graduates, as well as where the ceremonies might be held.

The Board approved the calendar for the coming school year. A teacher's institute was set for August 13 with a half-day for students on August 14 and full day sessions to follow.

There was no action on a Math curriculum textbook and material purchase as pertinent information was not received on time.

The Board approved participation in the Illinois Elementary School Association for the coming year; heard that the budget might need amended but that the District is doing okay for now; and that the District instructional plan is proceeding with packet pickup tonight (WED.) and 2nd through 12th graders have their Chromebooks.
