1,197 New Positive Cases Reported Sunday in Illinois; Just 33 Additional Deaths

The Illinois Department of Public Health Sunday announced 1,197 new cases of coronavirus disease in Illinois, including 33 additional deaths.

There were 19 deaths in Cook County. There were six deaths in Will County, three deaths in DuPage County, and one death each in Kane, Madison, Monroe, Sangamon and St. Clair Counties.

Currently, IDPH is reporting a total of 30,357 cases, including 1,290 deaths in 93 counties in Illinois.
