Plummer Would Like to See Changes in How Illinois Government Operates Fiscally; Wants More Information on When and How COVID-19 Restrictions Might Be Eased

54th District St. Sen. Jason Plummer said he'd like to see changes in Illinois' fiscal operation if the state is going to push for a second stimulus package at the Federal level. Gov. J.B Pritzker Wednesday said a second package, as is being considered by Congress, should benefit state governments.
