Teutopolis Board Vacates Portion of Green Street

Teutopolis Village Board members Wednesday voted to vacate a portion of Green Street in the heart of the village.
The portion vacated runs from US Route 40 (Main Street), south to the CSX Railroad.
The Village Board got an update from Ron Probst regarding activity by Wooden Shoe Development on the west side of the village. The Board also authorized up to $4,700 in expenses to repair the village street sweeper.
