The arson trial of Derrick Kuhlman has been backed up a month.
The 43-year-old Kuhlman is charged with causing the fire that destroyed the house of his ex-wife in Shumway just after the first of the year. The case was to go to trial on March 23, but has been continued until April 27.
A pre-trial hearing is set for April 16.
Kuhlman is being held on $500,000 bond.
