No One Injured in Unit 40 Bus Accident Related to the Weather

No one was injured in a minor crash involving a Unit 40 school bus Thursday afternoon.

Unit 40 Superintendent Mark Doan said the crash occurred about 3:20pm at Raney Street and Pike Avenue in the City Business Park.  Doan said the bus was stopped at the intersection when a truck turning off Raney slid into the bumper of the bus.

Again, no one was injured and Doan does not believe any tickets were issued.  He said there were students on the bus at the time, but Doan said the incident was cleared up within 20 minutes.
