Conagra Brands Sells Lender's Bagel Business

Conagra Brands has sold its Lender's Bagel business to Bimbo Bakeries.

The transaction included the Lender's brand and related intellectual property, the production facility in Mattoon, and inventory.

Conagra announced earlier this month it has completed the divestiture of the Lender's Bagel business.

Conagra Brands is headquartered in Chicago and has brands including Birds Eye, Marie Callender's, and Banquet.
