A St. Elmo woman has been given prison time in settling two Fayette County cases.

29-year-old Megan Duckworth was dismissed from Problem Solving Court and has been sentenced to two years in prison on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

The sentence will be served to follow a case where Duckworth pleaded guilty to a count of forgery. Judge Kevin Parker also sentenced Duckworth to two years in prison in that case.
