Action by Cowden-Herrick School Board

Cowden-Herrick school board members have approved the tentative tax levy for the coming fiscal year. The levy will be finalized at the Board's December meeting.

The Board accepted bids for two used buses the district had put up for sale; $665 for a 1999 model and $465 for a 2008 model. Both bids were submitted by Kevin and Logan Cutler. 

Board members employed Clifton Miller as 5th and 6th grade basketball coach and Dennis Nohren as volunteer assistant 5th and 6th coach.

The Board also heard from a group of parents who would like family passes to be made available for athletic events.
