The weather was picture perfect for the 2019 Effingham Sunrise Rotary Halloween Parade Sunday afternoon.

Sunrise gave a nod to their fellow club, Effingham Noon Rotary, by asking Noon Rotarian Bill Schafer to serve as Parade Marshal. 2020 will be the 100th year of the Noon Rotary Club in Effingham.

Various entries saluting the parade theme, "Tye Dye and Bellbottoms--A Groovy Halloween", were part of the more than 90-minute procession.
