City Schedules Jefferson Avenue Ribbon-Cutting for October 30

The City of Effingham has announced a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the reconstructed Jefferson Avenue downtown.

The ceremony will take place on Wednesday, October 30 at 9am, and will be held at the intersection of Banker and Jefferson.
