First Distribution of Effingham County Property Tax Revenue

Effingham County Treasurer Paula Miller shared that her office made the first distribution of county property tax revenue.

The distribution totaled $29,552,888.24. To date, 54.6% of the total amount of tax due has been distributed.

The second installment of Effingham County property taxes is due Friday, November 1. Taxes may be paid at any financial institution in the county, mail (due date postmark will be accepted), paid online, or at the County Treasurer's Office located on the second floor of the Effingham County Office Building. Please take along your bill when making your payment.
