Effingham Mayor Mike Schutzbach has scheduled the traditional time and date for Trick or Treat in the city.
Trick or Treat will take place on Thursday, October 31 from 6-8pm.
The Mayor asks that those who wish to give out treats are asked to turn on their porch lights.
Parents are asked to accompany their younger trick or treaters, dress them safely, and monitor their treats.
