Large Scale Mutual Aid Exercise Scheduled Sunday on Lake Sara

The exercise will occur near the Pearson Pavilion

Effingham County Dive/Rescue Team Commander Terry Trueblood said the Shelby County Dive Team and the Moultrie County Dive Team will also be participating in the exercise. Exact details of the operation will not be released in advance.

Trueblood said such exercises are staged annually since, thankfully, there aren't too many incidents in this region on a regular basis.
