Niebrugge Retiring from City Today

Dennis "Buck" Niebrugge, after 24 years with the City of Effingham, is serving his last day as Plumbing and Electrical Inspector for the City.

A celebration will take place at 11:30am today at City Hall.

Friends and colleagues are welcome to drop by and wish Buck a happy retirement.
