Report of Rotation in the Air Over Heartville Around Noon

The strong thunderstorms that rumbled through the Effingham area around noon Tuesday included some rotation aloft.

A report of rotation was received by local law enforcement in the area of Servpro just south of Heartville just before noon. There was no report of any touchdown, and no damage was reported. Local firefighters were dispatched to the area and found nothing amiss.

The possibility of showers and thunderstorms continues off and on for the next couple of days ahead of a drier and cooler weekend.
