(JOHN COADY AND CHRIS KOESTER)

Audience participation was the theme at recent meetings of Effingham Noon Rotary.

Retired Circuit Judge John Coady of Taylorville was the guest speaker at the meeting June 12. The judge used actual court cases to present scenarios and then had those present come up with the sentence the perpetrator received. Chris Koester served as weekly Rotary program chairman.

(MIKE KIRCHHOFF)

Club member Mike Kirchhoff engaged fellow members at the meeting June 19. In honor of the recent observance of Flag Day, Kirchhoff asked those in attendance to answer a little flag trivia. For instance, how many versions of the US flag have there been? You were correct if you guessed 27 versions.

Noon Rotary welcomed a Rotarian from Gwinnett County, Georgia who was on hand to keep his perfect attendance intact.
