The marshals have been announced for this weekend's Teutopolis Knights of Columbus Parade.

The marshals will be the 13 individuals from the Teutopolis community who recently returned after taking the Honor Flight to Washington, DC. 11 are from Teutopolis, 2 are from Dieterich.

The marshals are Bob Heuerman, Paul Breer, Jerry Thoele, Jim Niemerg, Larry Flach, Ed Hardiek, Don Westendorf, Don Sandschafer, Jerry Walk, Bob Walk, Don Will, Clem Kaufman and Harry Meyer.

The parade will step off at noon Sunday. The parade will stage at the Prince Corporation parking lot and will travel east on Main Street to the K of C grounds. The grounds will be the site of the annual Teutopolis K of C Picnic.

No advance registration is necessary; registration will start at 9:30am Sunday, and entries will be placed in the order in which they show up. Organizers say they will need the name of the entry, a person to contact, their phone number, and a description of the entry.

This year's theme is "Rising Above and Moving Forward." For more information, phone Jeff Hoene at 217-663-2525.
