Beecher City School Board Finalizes School Calendar

Beecher City school board members have finalized the calendar for the coming school year.

A Teacher Institute will take place August 14, with August 15 as the first day for students.

The Board approved a Future Business Leaders trip to San Antonio from June 29 to July 2; and hired Mose, Yockey, Kull and Brown CPAs to conduct the audit of the past fiscal year.

The Board approved Susan Seiler as speech language pathologist for the coming school year, and approved Craig Anderson as the district's representative to the Eastern Illinois Area Special Education Board.
