SUV, Semi Collide in Flora

A SUV and a semi collided in Flora during the noon hour Wednesday, sending one person to the hospital.

State police say the SUV driven by 58-year-old Brenda Bradham of Flora stopped at the US45/US50 intersection, then proceded through the intersection and was struck by the semi driven by 32-year-old Eric Bruno of Pinckneyville.

Bradham was injured and was transported to Clay County Hospital in Flora. 

Bradham was also cited for failure to yield and no proof of insurance.
