Grandma Send Money Scam Tried Again

A lady who lives south of Dieterich was almost taken in by a phone scam where a young man posing as her grandson phoned for money to get him out of a supposed jam.

This time, a listener phoned us to say her mother-in-law almost fell for the scam. 

A person phoned the lady three times, saying her "grandson was in trouble" and to send money to get him out of trouble. A person posing as a lawyer did the phoning, then a young boy posing as the grandson called, saying, "Grandma, send money."

Thankfully, the lady didn't fall for the scam and did not send any money.
