Indiana Man Injured by Hit and Run Driver

An Indiana man was injured Wednesday night when his vehicle was struck by a hit-and-run driver.

25-year-old Joshua Burgelin of Fishers, Indiana, was westbound on I-70, four miles east of Greenup when the incident occurred at 8:38pm Wednesday.  State police say a stolen vehicle being driven erratically at speeds of more than 100MPH intentionally rear-ended Burgelin's vehicle and then left the scene.

Burgelin's vehicle ended up off the roadway.  Burgelin was injured and was taken to St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham for treatment.
