Yale Man Injured in Clay County Crash

State Police report Michael Lewis, 37 of Yale, was injured in a single pickup truck crash in Clay County at 2:55 Saturday morning. 

Preliminary investigative details indicate Lewis drove off the left side Dieterich Blacktop just south of Clay County Road 900N, struck an embankment, and came to rest in the left ditch.

Lewis was flown from the scene to Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Charges are pending further investigation.
