Rainfall Will Continue Through Thursday

Two to three inches of rainfall could be seen in the Effingham area by the time this system leaves the area Thursday night.

The area is under a Flood Watch through midnight Thursday night.

Once the rain moves out, much colder weather is expected, and we might see some snow on Sunday!
