Prison Terms Handed Out in Fayette County Cases

26-year-old Braxton Lucas of Brownstown pled guilty to unlawful failure to register as a sex offender. Lucas was sentenced to two years in prison.
29-year-old Jason Connors of Donnellson pled guilty to driving on a revoked license. Connors was sentenced to one year in prison.
33-year-old Bobby Webber of Vandalia pled guilty to two counts of burglary and was sentenced to three years in prison. The sentence will be served consecutive to a case of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, in which Webber pled guilty and was sentenced to two years in prison.
37-year-old William Burkhardt III of Carlyle pled guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Burkhardt was sentenced to two years in prison.
