Dieterich Board Acts on Easements for Dollar General Project

Dieterich Village Board members voted this week to acquire two utility easements. The easements were acquired for an extension of water and sewer service to the site of a Dollar General store.

The store is to be built just west of Probst Auto Body along Illinois Route 33.

The Village is also working on creation of a third Tax Increment Financing district to provide additional incentives to Dollar General to locate in Dieterich.
