Prison Time Handed Down in Fayette County Court

Frailey was given the prison time for unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle.
The sentence will be served concurrent with a three-year term for unlawful possession of controlled substance and retail theft. Frailey had originally been placed on probation on the charges, but that probation has been revoked.

Other Fayette County cases have been finalized in recent days.
27-year-old Stetson Stokes of Brownstown has been sentenced to four years in prison on a charge of unlawful possession with intent to deliver controlled substance.
31-year-old Derek Douthit of Effingham has been sentenced to one year in prison on a charge of domestic battery.
48-year-old DeeAnn Phillips of Vandalia has been sentenced to two years in prison on a charge of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender.
