Missing Juvenile Found Safe, Back With Family

A 15-year-old juvenile has been found safe and has been reunited with her family. City police earlier today had asked for the public's assistance in locating the girl. That assistance is no longer necessary

 

Erica Nicole Morlan of Effingham had been reported missing Monday morning.
