Kinkelaar Named Hospital Executive Director of Nursing Operations

HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital announced that Bobbi Kinkelaar has accepted the position of Executive Director of Nursing Operations. She has joined St. Anthony’s Administrative Team and will work closely with the team and Executive Director of Outpatient and Ancillary Services Mike Janis to co-lead innovation and other initiatives that will further establish a strong foundation between departments.

Kinkelaar has worked in a variety of departments in various nursing capacities throughout her career at HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital, including as a nurse’s aide, floor nurse, Women’s Wellness nurse navigator, Surgical Services manager and her most recent position of Clinical Nursing Director.

Kinkelaar graduated from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She earned a master’s of nursing degree from McKendree University in 2012.
