County Clerk Says School Board Candidates Need 50 Signatures on Their Petitions

Effingham County Clerk Kerry Hirtzel has announced that all school board candidates in Effingham County are required to collect at least 50 signatures on their petition form to file as a candidate in the April 2, 2019 Consolidated Election.

Hirtzel said some candidates might have inadvertently received different information.
