Shoebox Collection Week for Operation Christmas Child

This is shoebox collection week for Operation Christmas Child.

The collection point again this year is Cornerstone Christian Church, 3600 S. Banker, Effingham.

Shoeboxes will be received on this schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, November 12-14, 8 to 10am

Thursday, Friday, November 15-16, 5:30 to 7:30pm

Saturday, November 17, 8 to 10am

Sunday, November 18, 2 to 5pm

Monday, November 19, 8 to 10am.

The shoeboxes can be filled with toys, notebooks and drawing and writing materials, socks and gloves. Visit the website for Samaritan's Purse to find gift suggestions, and learn how to follow your box and discover its destination.
