ATV Crash in Clay County Injures Driver

An ATV crash in Clay County injured the operator of the unit.

The crash occurred at 2:10pm Tuesday on Main Street at Vincennes Road in Clay City. State police say 45-year-old Daniel Martin of Noble was traveling on Main Street and attempted to turn left onto Vincennes Road. The ATV overturned, ejecting Martin off the ATV.

Martin was injured and was airlifted to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. 

Martin was cited for driving while his license is revoked, operating the ATV on a roadway, improper lane usage, driving too fast for conditions, and no insurance.
