The band winners from the Effingham Sunrise Rotary Halloween Parade have been announced.

In the junior high band catetgory:

Altamont 1st, Newton St. Thomas 2nd, Sacred Heart 3rd

In the high school band category:

Altamont 1st, Teutopolis 2nd, St. Anthony JH/HS 3rd

A reminder that all plaques and certificates won Sunday can be picked up at the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce office on Keller Drive in Effingham.
