Despite the wind, it was a beautiful day Sunday for the 2018 Effingham Halloween Parade. The parade was sponsored again this year by Effingham Sunrise Rotary.

There were 102 entries.

Organization--St. Anthony Catholic Schools--1st, Effingham Public Library--2nd, Effingham Classroom Teachers Association--3rd
