Effingham Downtown Business Group to Host Annual Trick or Treat Event

The Effingham Downtown Business Group will host their annual Trick or Treat event on Saturday, October 27 from 2 to 4pm.

Organizers are encouraging parents to take their kids downtown to Trick or Treat in a safe environment.

Participating business will have a  "color" balloon in front of their store. The area includes businesses located along Jefferson Avenue starting at Martin's IGA+, east towards the Courthouse Museum.
