Rickelman Avenue Construction Project Delayed Until Spring

City officials say the reconstruction of a portion of Rickelman Avenue has been delayed until Spring. Rickelman has been re-opened in the area of the project.

Greg Koester of the City Engineer's office said a utility conflict with the box culvert has necessitated the delay.

Koester said the project will be "buttoned up" for the winter next week.

The project was to affect Rickelman from the railroad crossing near 3rd Street, west to the storage facilities along the street.
