Unit 40 Board Acts on Two Expulsions

The Effingham Unit 40 Board of Education Monday voted to expel two students.

One student was expelled through the end of the current school year, the other was expelled through the end of the 2019-2020 school year.

Both students were referred, however, to alternative education.
