St. Anthony Parish Picnic Grand Prize Winner Makes Selection

Stacy Gibson of Effingham was the Grand Prize Raffle winner at the St. Anthony Parish Picnic, held August 11-12.

Given the choice of one of five new vehicles or $15,000 cash, Gibson chose the cash prize.
