Saturday is Final Day of Effingham County Fair

Saturday, the final day of this year's Effingham County Fair, will be a busy day.

The day will be Cops Kids and Teens Day, sponsored by the Effingham County School Resource Officers. Various activities are planned.

A power wheels derby will begin at 6pm. 

The traditional fairender, the Demolition Derby, will begin at 6:30pm.

There is judging on the final day of the fair; the 4-H and junior horse show will begin at 8:30am. A reminder that a final report on results of judging will air Monday morning at 8:45am on KJ Country 102.3.
