Prison Time for Meth Delivery for Toledo Man

A Cumberland County man has been sentenced to prison for methamphetamine delivery.

28-year-old Christopher Mills was sentenced to 42 months, or 3-1/2 years, for the offense on which he was arrested in Effingham County in December of 2016.

Mills pleaded guilty in May with the stipulation that he receive a sentence of no greater than five years in prison.

A second count of meth delivery was dismissed as part of the negotiated plea.
