These updates arrived today regarding Relay from the organizers:

  1. There will be designated parking areas to help the flow of traffic:
    1. Survivor Parking Lot will be at the CSS Building (Formerly ARC) on Harvester St.  (Purple Lot)
    2. Teams and General Public can park in the grass area at Bulkmatic across from the Jr. High School.  (Red Lot) D
    3. Designated Handicap parking WITH Handicap Placard in the front parking lot at the Jr. High School.  (Blue Lot)
    4. Overflow parking will be as usual in the 3Z Printing parking lot.
  2. There will be golf cart and bus transportation, provided by JoJo Looking For A Cure Bus, to help people get to and from the event. Golf Carts will be color coded and running back and forth between the designated lots to ensure transportation to all areas of the event. They will have signs up to help direct and people to the correcting parking lots.
  3. Something to be aware of: Friday from 3:00-4:30 pm will be a high traffic area at the school as the Jr High Band will be loading a bus to take to the St. Louis Ballgame. Parents will be dropping off kids at the bus turn around in the front of the school. There will be signage and people to help direct traffic but please use caution when driving with all the extra kids and vehicles. You're asked to please refrain from parking along Water Street, so they can keep the flow of traffic moving for these parents and accommodate everyone as quickly and safely as possible.
  4. As they do every year, there will be carts and side by sides available to help if your team needs something hauled inside the event. Please stop at the checkpoint out front of the event main entrance and request help. Due to the electrical power cords inside the event, they have to limit the amount of vehicles inside the event. They will work with the teams pulling trailers into their campsite.
  5. Power will be turned on at 3:30.
