Effingham city police have released details on a multi-injury crash that occurred several days ago.

Police say the crash occurred Saturday, June 30 at 8am at Fayette and Henrietta.

The report states that a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Sierra Rupinski of St. Elmo struck a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Jason Roepke of Teutopolis.

Rupinski, as well as two passengers in Roepke's vehicle, 12-year-old Logan Roepke and nine-year-old Grant Roepke, both of Teutopolis, were all injured and were taken by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Rupinski was cited for disobeying a traffic control device and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
