2018 Changing of the Guard at Noon Rotary

The Effingham Noon Rotary Club held its changing of the guard at its meeting June 27.

Outgoing President Kaye Dent welcomed Incoming President John Maguire and swore him into office. Maguire will serve as president through June of 2019.

Maguire is owner of Magoo and Associates Computer Repair Service in Effingham. He is also an officer with the Effingham Police Department. Dent is an attorney with the Frisse and Brewster Law Offices in Effingham.
