Due to the threat of severe weather, Thursday’s Solstice Party at Moccasin Creek Festival will be held at the Effingham Performance Center at 1325 Outer Best West in Effingham.

There is no shuttle for Thursday’s show.

Thursday’s show is $10, at the gate only, and features 4 acts:

6 p.m. Reverend Robert

7 p.m. Sarah Beatty

8 p.m. Wildflower Conspiracy

9 p.m. The Mighty Pines

Doors open at 5 p.m.

Entry is included with purchase of a weekend pass, which will be available the day of the event for $95 cash, check or credit/debit card.

This is an opportunity for locals to check out what kind of music is presented at Moccasin Creek Festival in the comfort of their local theater.

There will be a food vendor on site selling burgers, hot dogs, brats, Mexican bean salad and Summer kale and chick pea salad. The EPC bar will be open selling beer, wine and mixed drinks.

Information about Moccasin Creek Festival can be found at www.moccasincreekfestival.com

A decision about the Friday show will be made at 5 p.m. on Thursday afternoon and an announcement will be made ONLY if the rain location will be used.
