County Highway Department to Perform Pavement Preservation This Week

Effingham County Highway Department will be performing pavement preservation Tuesday and Wednesday mornings (weather permitting). 

Roads will include:

--West Evergreen Avenue through the river bottom

--Lake Sara Road, north and south of the four-way stop

New pavement striping will occur within seven to 10 days.

Later this week, pavement preservation will be performed along Old Police Station Road and Teutopolis Frontage Road (again, weather permitting).
