Students from Teutopolis Grade School collected coins throughout the month of December as an “Act of Generosity” through their Positive Behavior Intervention and Support program.

As an incentive to reach their goal, Mr. Buening, the Physical Education and Math teacher agreed to wear a tutu at school if they were successful in reaching their goal of raising $700.00 through the coin collection.  The students not only met their goal but exceeded it, collecting a total of $1,141 for the programs at ARC Community Support Systems for persons with intellectual disabilities.
